The frames were designed to protect and entice the client in hanging up their custom caricature art. The insert inside the frame also helps increase brand awareness of Over the Line Art and assist advertising caricatures
This job consisted of the following tasks:
Research and select a few manufacturers to produce frames
Negotiate Price
Design the frame and package
Test multiple samples, and pick the best manufacturer
Procure a broker to assist with international imports
Submit documents for U.S. Customs Agents
Once arrived in the U.S., organize and distribute to retail locations
Create systems to track sales, document any defects, and re-order.
